Ricardo Ochoa provides strategic patent counsel on a broad range of matters, helping clients protect the value of their intellectual property by drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications and by providing portfolio management advice.

He has significant experience with computer science, semiconductors, telecommunications and wireless technologies. In addition to these focus areas he has worked with a range of other technologies including data encryption and storage, circuitry and electromechanical devices, nanotechnology and optical systems, among others.
