Jennifer Liu focuses her practice on patent matters and provides counsel to clients in the firm’s Intellectual Property group. She has represented clients in matters involving a variety of technologies including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. Jennifer’s practice has included patent litigation and patent opinion work involving mRNA vaccines, cancer drugs, antidepressants, and biologics.

Prior to her legal career, Jennifer was a practicing pharmacist for eight years. She earned a B.S. and M.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology and holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
