Stephanie L. Vara
Stephanie Vara focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, business succession planning and charitable giving. She advises a wide range of clients, including high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families, fiduciaries, nonprofits and family businesses.
She has experience drafting documents for and implementing a variety of estate planning strategies, such as dynasty trusts, life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, asset protection trusts, charitable lead trusts and charitable remainder trusts. Stephanie also has experience resolving estate tax audits and advising clients regarding the formation, governance and administration of private foundations and other tax exempt organizations, including tax compliance.
