Graciela Quintana

Graciela Quintana is an associate in the firm’s Minneapolis office who focuses her practice on employment and higher education law.  Grace collaborates with employers of all sizes to ensure their operations abide by federal and state employment laws, mitigating the impact of employment litigation. Grace also advises colleges and universities on a range of legal issues, including Title IX, the Clery Act, and the Violence Against Women Act. Through trainED, Grace conducts investigations into sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, gender-related violence, and protected class discrimination and harassment on behalf of higher education institutions.

Prior to joining Lathrop GPM, Grace was an associate at another Minneapolis-area firm, where she assisted clients in drafting employment contracts and policies, and advised employers on the latest developments in state and federal employment legislation. She also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice Lorie S. Gildea of the Minnesota Supreme Court. During law school, she was a managing editor for the Minnesota Law Review.
