Farah Ballout

Farah Ballout is a litigation associate in the firm's Los Angeles office, focusing her practice on complex product liability, toxic tort, personal injury and wrongful death cases. Farah’s skill set consists of defending alleged liability claims from inception through trial, including taking depositions of plaintiffs and expert witnesses, drafting motions, negotiating case settlements, and serving as second chair at several trials. Farah has significant experience in case management, factual investigation, case work-up, law and motion, and expert and fact witness development. Farah also has first chair bench trial experience, where she obtained a defense finding for her client.

Prior to joining Lathrop GPM, Farah served as associate attorney with a couple local Los Angeles law firms, where she defended a wide range of clients throughout Talc and Asbestos litigation.
