Terry L. Mueller

Ms. Mueller is an intellectual property paralegal in our Kansas City office. She has extensive experience as a paralegal including managing the preparation and filing of civil actions in U.S. Circuit, District and Appellate Courts; managing all aspects of litigation cases including documents generated during the course of civil actions and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Patent Office proceedings; maintaining case databases and indexing of document productions, depositions and trial exhibits; preparing various pleadings including deposition notices, subpoenas, motions and orders.

Ms. Mueller was a legal services specialist in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1985-89 and a legal clerk in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves in 1990-91.
