Nicole A. Johnson
Nicole Johnson works as a litigation paralegal in the firm's Minneapolis office. With over 15 years of paralegal and eDiscovery career experience, she provides eDiscovery and litigation support for a variety of cases. Nicole primarily focuses on document intensive and complex commercial litigation, in addition to closely held business and shareholder litigation, class actions, construction litigation, franchise litigation, investigations and white collar defense, and pro bono work.
Nicole manages a wide array of tasks including discovery, drafting documents, conducting investigations and research, preparing for depositions, hearings and mediations, and preparing trial presentations. She assists with large document collections and productions and has extensive technical experience.
Nicole currently serves as the Director of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter of Women in eDiscovery, and has been a member of the organization since its inception in 2007. She also previously served on the Board as Meetings Director for the years 2013 and 2017.
