Wendi Alper-Pressman Joins Lathrop Gage as a Member
Clayton, Mo. (November 17, 2008) – Joel Voran, CEO of Lathrop Gage L.C. announced today that Wendi Alper-Pressman has joined the Clayton office as a member in the creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, litigation, banking and financial and commercial lending and borrowing areas.
Alper-Pressman’s principal focus is on the representation of banks, thrifts and other financial institutions in connection with lending and other financing transactions, loan workouts and restructurings, forbearance agreements, foreclosures, bankruptcy proceedings, enforcement actions, lender liability and other litigation. She also represents purchasers of distressed assets both in and outside of bankruptcy proceedings.
Alper-Pressman received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in 1982 and her juris doctorate from Washington University School of Law in 1985. She is a member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, Commercial Law League of America, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the American Bar Association.
