Lathrop Gage's environmental practice will once again play a leading role in REGFORM's third annual Missouri Water Conference, to be held September 23-24 in Columbia. Aimee Davenport (Environmental - Jefferson City), a member of the original Planning Committee for the Conference, has continued to serve on the Planning Committee this year and will speak on trends in Wet Weather Enforcements.

In addition to Aimee's participation, Jessica Merrigan (Environmental - Kansas City) will collaborate with EPA and MDNR representatives to review new trends in Industrial Storm Water Enforcement and Compliance and David Shorr (Environmental - Jefferson City) and will examine Emerging Issues and Hot Topics in water regulation.
