The College of Labor & Employment Lawyers Elects Jack Rowe as Fellow

Lathrop Gage attorney Jack Rowe (Labor & Employment - Kansas City), was elected this week to be a Fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. This honor represents the highest recognition by one's colleagues of sustained outstanding performance in the profession, exemplifying integrity, dedication and excellence.

This year's group of labor and employment leaders will mark the 13th installation of Fellows. The College was established in 1995 through an initiative of the Council of The Section of Labor and Employment Law of The American Bar Association. With the current installation, the College is represented by approximately 1,000 members in 42 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Mr. Rowe represents businesses in employment matters throughout the United States. He has successfully litigated, from charge to summary judgment or jury verdict, numerous cases including alleged sexual harassment, race, age, sex, national origin, disability and religion discrimination cases, and Family and Medical Leave Act cases. Mr. Rowe is a frequent speaker before firm clients and civic and professional organizations including The Missouri Bar, and The Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, State Human Resources Management Association and Professional Management Seminar Association.
