Scott Dickenson Selected for Leadership Missouri Program
Lathrop Gage attorney Scott Dickenson (Business Litigation - St. Louis) has been selected by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry to participate in Leadership Missouri, a seven-month leadership enhancement program. Mr. Dickenson and 31 fellow business and state leaders from Missouri will take part in the education program designed to enhance the leadership skills of current and emerging leaders through an in-depth exploration of the state's economic, political, and social issues.
Over the course of seven months, beginning in April and ending this October, participants meet each month in a different Missouri city and focus on specific challenges facing that community and the state. Gov. Jay Nixon serves as the honorary chair of Leadership Missouri.
Mr. Dickenson's practice is comprised of representing clients on a broad range of legal issues including commercial litigation, product liability and toxic tort defense, general tort litigation, and business litigation, and labor and employment. In addition to representing large companies, Mr. Dickenson also represents small and regulated businesses and professional groups in disputes with federal and state government entities in matters ranging from civil complaints to government enforcement actions. Mr. Dickenson concentrates his practice on complex, document intensive litigation utilizing computer assisted discovery techniques to effectively identify and use supporting documentation to advise clients.
