Lisa Henkel Named Recipient of the Gray Plant Mooty Certified Franchise Executive Scholarship
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (February 22, 2014) — The Minneapolis-based law firm of Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to share that the International Franchise Association (IFA) has named the 2014 recipient of the Gray Plant Mooty Foundation’s Certified Franchise Executive scholarship, Lisa Henkel of Celebree Learning Centers.
In 2011, Gray Plant Mooty created this scholarship, funded by GPM lawyers and staff, to contribute $5,000 annually to the IFA Educational Foundation to fund scholarships for founders, executives, and managers of companies that have been franchising in the U.S. for five years or less to attend the IFA’s CFE educational programs. Lisa Henkel, 2014 recipient of the GPM CFE Scholarship, is the Senior Director of Operations for Celebree Learning Centers of Forest Hill, MD. She has been with Celebree since 2006, when she joined as the Director of Marketing. With 20 years of business management experience, a strong business-oriented educational background, and adult continuing education training experience, Henkel is an exceptional candidate to promote the development of a franchise system.
