Gray Plant Mooty Named to The BTI Client Service A-Team 2011

1/31/2011

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (January 31, 2011) — The Minneapolis-based law firm of Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized by its clients in the The BTI Client Service A-Team 2011: The Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance as an elite law firm for excellence in the delivery of client service. The BTI survey is the only law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel and senior level executives. More than 800 Fortune 1000 corporate counsel use the BTI survey to evaluate law firms.

This year’s BTI survey and analysis relied on 300 one-on-one interviews with corporate counsel to delineate—by name and rank—precisely how more than 330 law firms perform in activities driving superior client relationships. The interviewees included general counsel, chief legal officers, and those who report directly to general counsel at Fortune 100 and Global 500 companies in a variety of industries.

The BTI survey categorizes the relationship between firms and corporate counsel in certain relationship-driving activities. Gray Plant Mooty’s clients cited the firm in 13 areas—from the firm’s ability to understand each client’s particular business and anticipate client needs, to its ability to control project scope and budget.
