Gray Plant Mooty Elects New Shareholders for 2018

MINNEAPOLIS (Dec. 20, 2017) – The law firm of Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that Julia Colarusso, Andy Daly, Maisa Frank and Carl Zwisler have been elected shareholders of the firm, effective Jan. 1, 2018.

Julia Colarusso focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial litigation. She regularly represents prominent franchisors in federal and state court cases and arbitration proceedings. She also represents corporations and nonprofit organizations in internal and government investigations.

Andy Daly concentrates his practice on employee benefits, particularly on matters centered around employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). As a Certified Public Accountant, he is able to inform his counsel with a highly practical understanding of the financial realities faced by his clients.

Maisa Frank represents clients in a variety of litigation matters. Whether conducting predispute investigations, navigating litigation or negotiating resolutions, her advice and strategy is vital to clients facing complex legal issues.

Carl Zwisler focuses his practice on advising franchisors, manufacturers and investors. He assists executives and general counsel with creative solutions for developing and implementing business expansion strategies. He works with clients in every phase of domestic and international franchising, licensing and distribution programs.
