Bryan Minier Appointed Partner-in-Charge of Chicago Office
Chicago (July 19, 2017) – Lathrop Gage announced today that Bryan Minier has been selected by the firm’s Executive Committee to serve as Partner-in-Charge of the Chicago office.

Minier concentrates his practice on bankruptcy and creditors' rights, corporate reorganizations, and also advises clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters. He frequently counsels clients in cases related to chapter 11 reorganizations and chapter 7 liquidations, as well as a range of other matters.
Since 2009, Lathrop Gage’s Chicago office has served the firm’s clients regionally and across the country, with a focus on financial services, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, intellectual property, commercial litigation, and corporate law.
