Michael Cohen Appointed to Merchant and Financial Services Cybersecurity Partnership Group

Gray Plant Mooty attorney Michael Cohen was recently named a member of the Cybersecurity & Data Breach Notification Working Group of the Merchant and Financial Services Cybersecurity Partnership. The Partnership, co-chaired by former Minnesota Governor and current CEO of the Financial Services Roundtable, Tim Pawlenty, and President of the Retail Industry Leaders Association, Sandy Kennedy, is focused on delivering protection to consumers from cyber criminals. The Partnership will collaborate with merchants and financial institutions to accomplish that goal. The working groups are comprised of merchant and financial services subject matter experts from member companies of the participating trade associations in the Partnership.
