On November 17, 2011 Gray Plant Mooty held a program at Windows on Minnesota entitled Insurance Coverage for Emerging Intellectual Property Claims. The well-attended program included a panel discussion and presentations by Gray Plant lawyers on the new America Invents Act, identification of emerging claims of intellectual property infringement, the availability of risk transfer products for patent infringement claims, and alternative risk management solutions.
