Now that the federal tax laws are “permanent” and the economy is purportedly “recovering,” what types of planned giving strategies are attractive to donors? How will the new tax laws and economy affect planned gifts? In this presentation, we will identify which donors will be especially attracted to planned gifts and cover gift strategies that are exciting now, including charitable lead trusts, certain types of charitable remainder trusts, gifts of retirement account assets, and more.
