The Minneapolis Riverfront Partnership invites local businesses to sponsor the first annual “Riverfront Vitality Summit and Celebration”. This signature event will highlight how our Mississippi riverfront can serve as an icon for Minneapolis and the Twin Cities region, offering great economic opportunity, cultural vitality, healthy environment, and thriving neighborhoods. The July 26th event will feature a leadership summit of business, civic, and community leaders who will be asked to identify the developments and activities which they would like to see define the riverfront in the future. Following the summit, recent riverfront successes will be acknowledged along with recognition given to the people and organizations that are transforming our riverfront. Don Shelby, a long-time river enthusiast, will be the master of ceremonies for the event.
