Three GPM attorneys to speak at the American Bar Association’s 40th Annual Forum on Franchising
Gray Plant Mooty Franchise attorneys Carl Zwisler, Eric Yaffe and Liz Dillon will present at the American Bar Association’s 40th Annual Forum on Franchising on October 18-20, 2017, in Palm Desert, California.
Zwisler will co- present “What’s New and What’s Next – The New administration and Beyond.” The panelists will provide a variety of perspective on how legal and recent changes to SBA regulations will impact franchisors and franchisees across different industries, and will present tips and best practice in planning for the next few years.
Yaffe will co-present “The unwelcome Phone Call – Responding to Regulatory Audits & Investigations.” The panel will discuss what immediate steps franchisors and franchisees should take in response to a government investigation, including how to deal with document requests, and how to conduct an internal investigation to help formulate an appropriate response to the government agents.
Dillon will moderate the International Division Breakfast on Friday, October 20th.
