The M&A Advisor Recognizes Gray Plant Mooty’s Inchan Hwang with 40 Under 40 Honor

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (April 26, 2012) — The Minneapolis-based law firm of Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that attorney Inchan Hwang  has been recognized as an emerging mergers and acquisitions professional on The M&A Advisor “40 Under 40” list for the central region of the United States.

Hwang, a shareholder with Gray Plant Mooty, focuses his practice in the areas of domestic and international business law transactions, corporate finance, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions. Hwang has represented private and public clients operating in a variety of industries—including agriculture, manufacturing, higher education, and medical devices—in corporate debt and equity restructuring, venture capital financing, private and public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Hwang, who is fluent in both the Korean and Japanese languages, brings clients practical business experience from his previous employment with a major automobile manufacturer. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.
