Gray Plant Mooty Welcomes Two New Corporate Attorneys

MINNEAPOLIS (February 26, 2019) – Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to welcome two experienced attorneys to its Corporate and Business Practice Group. Principal Anthony Todero and Associate Max Schwartz recently joined the firm. Both are based in the Minneapolis office.

Anthony “Tony” Todero focuses his practice on commercial finance. He represents corporations, banks, life insurance companies, and other institutional lenders and borrowers in a variety of financial transactions, including asset-based and cash-flow financing, syndicated credit facilities, loan workouts and restructuring, and foreclosures. He also has insight into the agricultural market as a faculty member and graduate of The Agricultural Lending Institute at California State University, Fresno. Prior to joining Gray Plant Mooty, Todero practiced at a full-service firm based in Nebraska. 

Max Schwartz counsels private and public companies on complex business transactions. He assists clients with contract negotiations, policies, terms and conditions, seed- and growth-stage investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate wind-ups and restructuring. Schwartz is an experienced attorney who has represented technology and IoT companies. He has also served as the COO of a startup company, which gives him a unique understanding of business operations.
