Gray Plant Mooty Adds Andrew Daly to Employee Benefits Group
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (November 13, 2014) — The law firm of Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that Andrew Daly has joined our Minneapolis office as special counsel in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group.
A Certified Public Accountant, Daly draws on a decade of experience in employee benefits, during which he strengthened his skills and understanding of ESOPs, and consulted on ESOP plan design, feasibility, and repurchase obligation. Daly is also a seasoned presenter on tax and employee benefit topics at internal and external seminars, including The ESOP Association Midwest Regional Conference and the National Center for Employee Ownership National Conference, and has written multiple articles on employee benefit issues.
Daly received his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of CPAs, the ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership, and the Minneapolis Pension Council.
