Lathrop Gage’s Dallas Office Adds to Toxic and Mass Tort; Product Liability Litigation Team

Dallas (April 24, 2019) – Lathrop Gage is pleased to welcome Kurt W. Greve, joining the firm’s Dallas office as Of Counsel. Greve’s onboarding expands the firm’s team of Toxic and Mass Tort and Product Liability and Personal Injury attorneys in its Dallas office.

Greve focuses his practice on business litigation and strategic planning as well as toxic and mass tort claims at the state and national level. Greve also specializes in matters involving business personal property tax audit and litigation. His work on behalf of clients has included significant recoveries of business damage claims related to the unauthorized use of trade secrets and proprietary information. Greve’s practice also involves strategic planning for corporate clients that seek to minimize their business personal property tax liability.

Having his practice based in Texas for the whole of his 20-year career, Greve touts extensive experience in managing complex civil litigation and multifaceted trial dockets throughout the state of Texas. Greve previously practiced as a Partner with the Dallas-based litigation firm DeHay & Elliston LLP for eight years.

Greve received his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in Fort Worth, 1998, and his B.A., from the University of Texas at Arlington, 1994.
