Experienced Corporate Attorney Justin Vaughn Joins Lathrop Gage in Denver
DENVER (June 12, 2018) – Lathrop Gage is pleased to welcome Partner Justin Vaughn to the firm’s Corporate practice in the Denver office.
Vaughn is a problem-solver who prides himself on his commitment to his clients and the legal profession as a whole. He represents business owners and executives on matters including business establishment, corporate contracts, partnerships, employee issues, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and business owner estate planning.

Prior to joining Lathrop Gage, Vaughn had his own law firm, The Vaughn Law Office, for over 17 years. He is a frequent presenter to attorneys and business owners in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, employment law and estate planning.
Actively involved in the Denver civic and non-profit community, Vaughn has been a Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year, a Rotary President, and Philanthropist of the Year. He recently served as the Board Chair of the Highlands Ranch Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Colorado.
Vaughn received his juris doctor from Arizona State University College of Law, 1994, and his B.S. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University in 1991.
