Lathrop Gage Welcomes Emilie Eschbacher to its Corporate Practice


ST. LOUIS (June 8, 2016) – Lathrop Gage announced today that Emilie W. Eschbacher joined the firm’s Corporate practice as an Associate in St. Louis.

“We’re excited to have Emilie join the Lathrop & Gage team. She has experience in a variety of industries, and she will be a great addition to our Corporate and Real Estate practices,” said Scott Malin, Partner in Charge of the St. Louis office.

Prior to joining the firm, Eschbacher was an Associate with another firm where she advised clients on complex matters in a variety of areas including real estate, general corporate compliance and financing. 

She is a member of the American Bar Association, and is part of the Association’s health law and tax law sections. She is also a member of the Missouri Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

Eschbacher obtained a juris doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law. While in law school, she earned a health law certificate, was a Dean’s Scholar, and a member of Phi Delta Phi, the law honors society. She is currently pursuing her master’s of laws in taxation from Washington University School of Law with an expected graduation date of May 2017. Eschbacher received a bachelor’s degree in writing intensive English and history from Marquette University.
