Super Lawyers Recognizes Giulio DeConti and Brian Trinque


BOSTON (October 26, 2012) – Two Lathrop Gage partners were recently recognized in the 2012 edition of Super Lawyers magazine for Massachusetts. For intellectual property, Giulio DeConti (Intellectual Property – Boston) was recognized as a Super Lawyer, and Brian Trinque (Intellectual Property – Boston) was selected as a “Rising Star.”

DeConti has more than 25 years of experience practicing intellectual property law and specializes in intellectual property strategy in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and chemistry. He has been selected to the Massachusetts Super Lawyers list since 2005, has received a Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rating, was named among the 2011-2012 Best Lawyers in America, and named a “Leading Lawyer” by Chambers USA.

Trinque focuses his practice on intellectual property law in the pharmaceutical and chemical arts. He holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry and has experience in patent preparation, prosecution, and opinion work. He frequently lectures on recent advances in life science cases from the Federal Circuit.
