TMS Co., LTD recently went public with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of shares of common stock on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. TMS Co., LTD. is a pioneering, clinical stage biopharmaceutical company based in Tokyo, Japan. The aggregate proceeds of the global offering of 3,731,300 million shares of common stock will be about ¥2.9 billion ($20.5 million in U.S. dollars).
