Lathrop GPM Denver Office Relocates to New Office, Adopting Hybrid Office Design

9/23/2022

DENVER (September 12, 2022) – Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce the firm’s Denver office has relocated to 675 15th Street, Suite 2650, effective September 12.

The space, located on the 26th floor in the newly built Block 162, was designed to meet the growing office's needs and adapt to the changing work environment. It is the first of the firm’s offices to incorporate a hybrid of open seating and private, reserved workspaces. This hybrid arrangement will allow the firm to reduce its footprint by almost two-thirds while increasing collaboration and allowing the firm to more efficiently support its clients.

“I am excited to be in our new space and take advantage of its flexible design,” said Patrick McRorie, Partner in Charge of the Lathrop GPM Denver office. “The new space will better meet the needs of our employees and clients and will allow us to be more adaptive in the coming years.”

“Denver is the first of our offices to embrace this new, hybrid style of working and will be a blueprint for all of our offices as leases come up for renewal – with Minneapolis next in line,” said Cameron Garrison, Managing Partner at Lathrop GPM. “Workplace needs pre-pandemic and today are vastly different, and we look forward to experiencing the advantages this new space brings to our people and clients.”

Features that attracted the firm to Block 162 include its sustainable, energy-efficient, technology-forward and flexible design; health, safety, and wellness features; unrivaled transit and vehicle accessibility, as well as spectacular Front Range views. With a prime location in the Central Business District, the space offers clients easy access to local amenities as well.

The attorneys based in Lathrop GPM’s Denver office counsel clients in both litigation and transactional matters across the nation. Focus areas include natural resource law, hazardous substances (such as PFAS), trust and estate litigation, wealth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, construction, real estate, and employment. Attorneys in this office have overseen billion-dollar acquisitions, environmental negotiations/enforcement actions with federal and state agencies, and disputes concerning wills, trusts, probate fiduciaries, beneficiaries, guardianships, and conservatorships.

Members of the Denver office are also active members of the community and are involved with the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Environmental Management Society, and Denver Probate Court to name a few organizations.
