Lathrop GPM Represents viGlobal in Deal with Aderant
On August 19, 2022, Aderant, a global industry leader that provides business management software for law firms and other professional services organizations, closed a deal to acquire viGlobal for an undisclosed amount. viGloabl is a leading people management software company focused on serving the professional services market. viGlobal provides software to the majority of large law firms in the country, including Lathrop GPM.
In addition to being one of the many users of viGlobal software, Lathrop GPM represented viGlobal in the transaction. Led by Partner Mark Williamson, the team members included attorneys Alyssa Hirschfeld, Chelsey Buck and David Woger.
