Two Denver Attorneys Named “Top Lawyers” by 5280 Magazine
DENVER (July 2022) – Lathrop GPM Partner Alison Zinn and Counsel Thomas Rodriguez were named to 5280 Magazine’s 2022 “Top Lawyers” list. Both Zinn and Rodriguez are based on the firm’s Denver office.
Zinn is listed in the Probate Litigation category for the eighth consecutive year. She is a trial attorney focused on trust and estate litigation and elder law. Zinn handles disputes concerning wills, trusts, probate fiduciaries, beneficiaries, guardianships, and conservatorships.
Rodriquez is listed in the Elder Law category for the seventh consecutive year. He focuses his practice on probate litigation, including contested guardianships and conservatorships, fiduciary representation, and other will and trust litigation.
The list is based on a survey distributed to all licensed attorneys in the seven-county Denver metro area in addition to independent research conducted by 5280 Magazine.
