Lathrop GPM PFAS Team Honored in Top Legal Innovations Awards by Missouri Lawyers Media
KANSAS CITY (December 8, 2021) – Missouri Lawyers Media named the Lathrop GPM PFAS Team to its “Top Legal Innovations” awards for 2021. The awards celebrate excellence in legal innovation across the state by recognizing attorneys, firms and businesses whose progressive work drives new practice areas, services and strategies.
The firm’s PFAS Team was named to the Emerging Practice Areas category for supporting a practice area in an emerging legal field and being among the first to develop deep experience in the area. Lathrop GPM is experienced in developing regulatory strategy and defending litigation in the area of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and has been involved in some of the nation’s most-publicized cases.
