Lathrop GPM Partner Ally Cunningham Receives Missouri Lawyers Media Up & Coming Award
KANSAS CITY (Sept. 16, 2021) — Missouri Lawyers Media recently honored Lathrop GPM Partner Ally Cunningham as a 2021 Up & Coming Award recipient. One of 50, Cunningham and the other honorees were recognized for having “demonstrated professional accomplishment, skill and leadership beyond their years, as well as extraordinary commitment to their communities through volunteer service and leadership.”
Cunningham focuses on the areas of environmental, toxic tort and other crisis-related litigation. Her national practice consists of trials, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, mediations and negotiations to resolve high stakes, technical, complex disputes involving environmental and tort liability and at times, related insurance coverage disputes. Cunningham advises clients on compliance and permitting under federal and state environmental laws and regulations, including the Clean Water Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund), and the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA).
