Lathrop GPM’s Kansas City Trusts, Estates & Legacy Planning Team Adds Zack Royle
KANSAS CITY (June 3, 2021) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to welcome Associate Zack Royle to the firm’s Kansas City office and the Trusts, Estates & Legacy Planning Practice Group.
Royle is a 2020 graduate from The University of Kansas School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy and competed with the Moot Court team, representing the University of Kansas at the 28th Annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court competition in New York City.
Royle has experience drafting estate planning documents, researching and writing memoranda for substantive and procedural legal issues, and assisting in the discovery phase of litigation. Royle worked at the Platte County Prosecutor’s Office during law school, where he achieved Rule 13 certification and appeared in court on behalf of the state under the supervision of an Assistant Prosecutor.
Royle earned his A.B. from Harvard University in 2017. While at Harvard, Royle served as Captain of Harvard Club Tennis and Program Director / Director of Sports at Harvard College Radio 95.3 WHRB.
