Gray Plant Mooty Announces Newly Elected Board Members

MINNEAPOLIS (March 26, 2018) – Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that its shareholders have elected the following individuals to serve two-year terms on the firm’s Board of Directors, effective April 1:

  • Jennifer Debrow, principal attorney and chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Technology & Privacy practice group. She was re-elected to the board.

  • Charles Maier, managing officer, principal attorney, and co-chair of the firm’s Litigation practice group. He was re-elected to the board. 

  • Michael Sullivan, Jr., principal attorney and co-chair of the firm’s Corporate and Business practice group. He was re-elected to the board.

  • Daniel Tenenbaum, principal attorney with the firm’s Corporate and Business practice group and co-chair of the Entrepreneurial Services team. He was elected to the board for the first time.

  • Robert Zisk, principal attorney and former co-chair of the firm’s Franchise & Distribution practice group. He was re-elected to the board.  

These individuals will serve with the following board members, who are currently in the middle of their two-year terms:

  • Wade Anderson, principal attorney and chair of the firm’s Real Estate Law practice group;

  • Jennifer Reedstrom Bishop, principal attorney and chair of the firm’s Heath Law and Nonprofit Organizations practice group;

  • Sarah Duniway, managing officer and principal attorney with the firm’s Heath Law and Nonprofit Organizations practice group;

  • Steven Kutscheid, principal attorney with the firm’s Corporate and Business practice group.

Tenenbaum was elected to fill the board seat vacated by David Bahls, who stepped down from this leadership role after 18 years of service as a board member. As a principal attorney at the firm, Bahls continues his legal work in the area of tax law. He will continue serving clients in their transactional tax planning and structuring needs.

Each year, in the spring, elections are held for Board of Directors at Gray Plant Mooty. The nine-member board determines policy for the firm.
