Issaku Yamaashi has joined Lathrop GPM as a partner with the business transactions practice group in Kansas City, Mo., the firm said Friday.
Yamaashi focuses on M&A, securities transactions, financing, business entity ownership issues, software licensing, and commercial real estate transaction, according to Lathrop GPM.
His work has spanned sectors and service industries such as healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and transportation, Lathrop GPM said.
