Lathrop GPM is pleased to welcome Elizabeth "Beth" Haden to its Business Transactions Practice Group as a partner in the Kansas City office. Haden is the second female partner to join the firm's Kansas City office in recent months.

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Oct. 10, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Lathrop GPM is pleased to welcome Elizabeth "Beth" Haden to its Business Transactions Practice Group as a partner in the Kansas City office. Haden is the second female partner to join the firm's Kansas City office in recent months.

Haden represents both borrowers and lenders in lending transactions and is a seasoned attorney with significant experience assisting clients with all forms of financing matters, including structuring deals, document negotiation, and complex closings, through loan enforcements and workouts. She regularly represents clients in single-bank, club and syndicated credit facilities, with areas of emphasis in commercial and industrial, real estate, unsecured, agricultural, construction and asset-based loans.

An active member of the community, Haden is on the board of directors of the Children's Center for the Visually Impaired (CCVI) and the Children's Center Campus. She is a member of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions Class of 2020, and currently serves on the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Business for Education Committee. She was recently recognized in the 24th class of Ingram's "40 Under Forty."
