2017 Mooty Awards Honor Excellence, Service
MINNEAPOLIS (Oct. 23, 2017) Al Coleman, Kirk Reilly, Kim Bradshaw, and Roxann Mosey were recently recognized as recipients of the Gray Plant Mooty 2017 Mooty Award.
Named after John Mooty, the Mooty Awards were established in 2005 to publicly recognize members of the law firm who have excelled in business development, client service, and have gone the extra mile for clients and coworkers. Past recipients include administrative staff, attorneys, legal administrative assistants, and paralegals, representing all four firm locations.
Al Coleman is a principal in the Corporate & Business Practice Group. He has been with the firm since 2012. Coleman primarily focuses on assisting companies with increasing revenues and reducing risks in domestic and international transactions. As a highly regarded and trusted adviser, he provides sophisticated advice and counsel to emerging businesses and established domestic and multi-national companies on a broad range of business and legal issues, including commercial transactions, license agreements and supply, and distribution agreements.
Kirk Reilly is a principal and co-chair of the Franchise & Distribution Practice Group. He has been with the firm since 1997 and has represented franchisors in litigation since 1983. Reilly has tried cases involving the franchise relationship, earnings claims, fraud, breach of contract, advertising funds, encroachment, false advertising, liquidated damages and vicarious liability nationwide. In addition, he has successfully tried employment, wrongful death, professional negligence and toxic tort cases before Minnesota juries.
Kim Bradshaw is a Legal Administrative Assistant in the Franchise & Distribution Practice Group. She has been with the firm since 2010. Bradshaw accurately and diligently prepares materials that enable attorneys to have the tools they need and provide timely and informative content to current and potential clients.
Roxann Mosey is a Legal Administrative Assistant in the Corporate & Business Practice Group. She has been with the firm since 2008. Mosey is a humble yet strong advocate for exceeding expectations. She is well organized and has an uncanny ability to listen to, understand, and meet the needs of current and potential clients.
Bradshaw is based in the Washington, D.C., office. Coleman, Reilly and Mosey are based in the Minneapolis office.
