The Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate (MNCAR) will hold its 5th Annual Expo showcasing 55 exhibitors known as key players in the commercial real estate industry on Thursday, October 20, 2011. The MNCAR Expo will be an opportunity for commercial real estate professionals to network with industry professionals, learn about new opportunities and services, and explore featured projects. To kick off the event, MNCAR will host a one-hour program entitled “The Evolution of Commercial Real Estate” featuring industry veterans Doug Fulton (Cushman & Wakefield – NorthMarq), Tom O’Brien (Cushman & Wakefield – NorthMarq), Tom Shaver (The Opus Group) and moderated by Steve Chirhart (TaTonka Real Estate Advisors).
The Expo takes place from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at The Milwaukee Depot, 225 Third Ave. S, Minneapolis. The program is from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. with exhibit doors opening at 4:00 p.m. Registration begins at 2:00 p.m. Cost is $45 in advance and $55 at the door. Admission includes complimentary food and drinks with many prize giveaways.
