Firm Event & Webinar

Presented by: GPM’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group

The regulatory landscape for governmental plans is changing rapidly as governmental plans become increasingly subject to many of the requirements that apply to their private sector counterparts. Join us for our Governmental Benefit Plans Seminar where we will discuss the scope of regulatory exceptions and requirements for governmental plans; new developments under IRS rules and regulations; the Affordable Care Act; and more. The program is designed for human resource and finance staff professionals, as well as in-house and outside counsel.

The program will cover the following questions:

  • Are you a governmental employer? You may think so, but you may be surprised.
  • How do IRS rules and regulations affect our retirement plans? Probably more than you think.
  • How do state and Federal laws affect retirement plan options? Learn about some hidden risks.
  • How does the Affordable Care Act affect our health plans? The ACA is not just for the private sector.
