Lehoan (Hahn) T. Pham
Hahn Pham is a business litigator with experience representing clients on an array of matters. His current practice focuses on general business and commercial litigation disputes, complex financial litigation, banking-related litigation, and insurance recovery. He further has extensive experience representing clients in matters related to insurance coverage, asbestos exposure and condominium-related disputes.
Hahn’s written and analytical abilities have secured favorable results for his clients across state and federal courts. He has also authored appellate briefs before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, Minnesota Supreme Court, and Minnesota Court of Appeals.
After attending law school, Hahn worked at various law firms in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area as a litigation attorney and was a legal writing instructor at the University of Minnesota Law School (AY 2017–2018).
