Lee Rendino
As Chief Financial Officer for Lathrop GPM, Lee Rendino brings over 35 years of broad business experience and a track record of achievement in finance, operations, marketing and supply chain management at both Fortune 100 Corporations and international law firms. Throughout his career he has focused on building high performing teams and delivering bottom line results through business transformation, process re-engineering and operational improvements. He has spent the last 20 years in financial and operational leadership roles in the legal industry.
Lee most recently worked as Chief Financial & Chief Operating Officer for a Chicago-based law firm. His team successfully implemented a new accounting system, introduced pricing and profitability modeling and improved operating margins. In 2020, Lee led that firm's COVID-19 response and in 2021 helped lead the firm's successful merger negotiations with an AmLaw 200 firm.
Lee earned his Master of Accountancy (MAcc) and Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from DePaul University and a Kellogg Executive Scholar Certification from Northwestern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society, as well as a member of the Association of Legal Administrators.
