Julian A. Sansano

Julian Sansano is an associate who practices in the firm's Business Transactions group. He has experience in the complete lifecycle of a business transaction including the drafting, analysis, and negotiation of such transactions. He also drafts and reviews technology agreements, terms and conditions and intellectual property restriction and transfer agreements. Julian has experience drafting and filing 14 standard and logo trademarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Julian is currently completing his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Missouri-Kanas City School of Law.
