Williamson chairs Lathrop GPM’s Business Transactions Practice Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, and general corporate counseling. He represents buyers and sellers in business transactions, including public and private companies, private equity firms, entrepreneurs, and management teams, and advises clients on corporate governance, securities compliance, and other business matters.
