Reuters just featured the firm’s announcement of our combination with Hopkins Carley, effective October 1. Lathrop GPM will gain two Northern California offices and 62 legal professionals from Hopkins Carley, creating a firm with 360 legal professionals and an annual revenue of about $250 million.
The combined firm, with 13 offices nationally, will operate under the Lathrop GPM name.
