Boston (October 2024) — Lathrop GPM is proud to announce that Associate Nicole Sassu, Ph.D. was recently included in the 2024 list of “Rising Stars” by IP Stars from Managing IP. As a trusted resource for individuals and companies worldwide, IP STARS highlights top intellectual property firms and practitioners.
Sassu is a registered patent attorney focusing her practice on patent law in the pharmaceutical and chemical arts, including U.S. patent preparation, U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, global patent portfolio management, freedom-to-operate analyses and due diligence work. She received a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in biochemistry from Providence College.
Four Lathrop GPM partners were included in the 2024 list of “IP Stars,” announced earlier this year. In addition, the firm was named a recommended firm for trademark services in Minnesota, and intellectual property work in Kansas and Missouri.
The IP Stars guide covers more than 70 jurisdictions. The rankings are based off independent research and information from thousands of firms, IP practitioners, and clients through interviews, email, and online surveys.
