(October 2025) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce the addition of two new associates to the firm. Annie Kim joined the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice group in the Redwood Shores office, and Rachel Glissmann joined the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group in Minneapolis office.
Annie Kim represents clients in complex patent and technology disputes across industries such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and e-commerce. She brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery management, dispositive motion drafting and expert witness preparation. Prior to joining Lathrop GPM, Annie practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she played a key role in securing multimillion-dollar verdicts in high-stakes patent infringement cases. She earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and holds a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University.
Rachel Glissmann supports clients across a broad spectrum of litigation matters, drawing on her experience in judicial chambers, regulatory agencies and consumer protection. Before joining Lathrop GPM, Rachel clerked for the Honorable William J. Fisher at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, and holds an M.P.H. in Executive Public Health Administration & Policy from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, as well as a B.A. in Political Science and History from Hamline University.
