LOS ANGELES (January 12, 2026) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that Caroline Wolf has joined the firm as Counsel in the Labor & Employment practice group. Wolf brings deep experience handling employment matters, including the litigation of a broad range of workplace disputes. Her arrival further enhances the firm’s ability to deliver comprehensive solutions to our California clients.
Caroline’s background includes significant experience on both sides of employment litigation. She has practiced at one of the nation’s largest management-side labor and employment firms and also has experience representing employees in employment-related litigation. This dual perspective gives Caroline a unique ability to anticipate challenges and craft effective strategies for employers.
Caroline earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor for the Women’s Law Journal, and she obtained her B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
