Washington, D.C. (April 27, 2026) — Lathrop GPM LLP has announced plans to relocate its Washington, D.C. team this summer to a new 7,000-square-foot suite on the 10th floor of 1015 Fifteenth Street NW offering open views of downtown and McPherson Square.
The new space will adopt the firm’s hybrid open seating layout and private, assigned workspaces for team members in the office three or more days a week with flexible hoteling options for others to support a modern workforce.
“This relocation puts us squarely in the heart of the downtown business district offering a welcoming, professional setting for both our team and visitors,” said Frank Sciremammano, Partner in Charge of the Washington, D.C. office. “The office reflects our evolving needs as we focus on collaboration and continued growth in D.C.”
Located in a building designed for contemporary professional needs, the office offers access to a shared conference center, tenant lounge, fitness center and secure bike storage. The centralized location provides convenient access to public transit, restaurants and hotels to better serve the firm’s administrative professionals, attorneys and visiting clients.
Intended to enhance collaboration and strengthen the firm’s ability to serve clients more efficiently, this approach is already in use across the firm’s Boston, Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis, St. Cloud, Sacramento and St. Louis offices. The Washington, D.C. relocation is one of three planned for 2026, alongside Kansas City (summer) and San Jose (late 2026). Together, these moves will bring the firm’s total to 10 office relocations in less than five years.
Each space is carefully selected to ensure the firm continues to provide high-quality services in an environment where team members can thrive.
“Following our 2020 combination, we made a deliberate commitment to create a more efficient real estate footprint by reducing our space and using our resources more strategically,” said Chief Operating Officer Court Landon. “Our goal was to design offices that support collaboration, client service and connection while also prioritizing flexibility and hybrid work, which has proven successful for our people and clients.”
The firm’s Washington D.C. office has added three new attorneys in the past year including Associates Ryan Cangralu, Theresa Nolan Breslin, and Asad Imam.
