BOSTON (July 8, 2026) — Lathrop GPM LLP is proud to announce that Partner Lisa Hillman, Ph.D., has been named a 2026 Influential Woman in IP by World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR). The annual recognition honors women who are making a significant impact on the intellectual property profession through their legal excellence, leadership and contributions to innovation.

This year’s list celebrates an outstanding group of women whose experience, leadership and achievements are shaping the future of intellectual property across the globe. Representing private practice, in-house legal teams, academia and public institutions, honorees are driving innovation, influencing policy, protecting intellectual property rights and making a lasting impact on the profession. Recipients are selected through a rigorous process that includes nominations, independent research and evaluation by WIPR’s editorial team.

With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Hillman advises clients ranging from startups and universities to global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Her practice focuses on domestic and international patent procurement, strategic counseling and portfolio management, particularly in the life sciences sector.
